Restoring the Colorado River Watershed through Nature Based Solutions

As the writer for this National Forest Foundation piece, I crafted a narrative about the rivers and streams of the Colorado River Watershed—the lifelines of the American West. The film explores how process-based restoration is healing degraded waterways, reconnecting wetlands, and helping forests and communities face the growing challenges of wildfire, drought, and climate change.

Embers (2025, forthcoming)

Premiering at the 2025 Banff Film Festival, Embers is a short climate documentary that follows aerialist Sasha Galitzki as she rebuilds her life after losing her home to wildfire, connecting her personal loss with the broader realities of glacial recession and climate change. I collaborated on narrative development—writing VO, refine structure, and storyboard key moments—while also supporting early fundraising, pitch materials, and distribution strategy.
